During a work process one quickly loses a clear overview. People often stuck by one strickt idea without taking former, alternative approaches into account. That is bad for a successful work flow since thoughts are always connected to each other, grow out of previous ideas and again form a basis for new inspirations and concepts.
In order to anchor this principle of connection and growth in the creative working method and to make this process more transparent, I designed the „inspiring flick carpet“: A tool to link different thoughts and inspirations.
The object consists of various elements based on equilateral triangle geometry that can be sewed together in an arbitrary way since all angles have the same length.
